Join Whitney for an extended and blissful Yoga + Yoga nidra session.
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between wake and sleep, and is often referred to as yogic sleep. The aim of this yoga practice is to guide you into the first stages of sleep, and trigger a relaxation response. From there, the body and mind are primed for deep rest and clarity through intention setting, meditation and systematically relaxing all parts of the body, one limb at a time.
What to expect:
- A few restorative postures
- Grounding/calming pranayama
- Extended Yoga Nidra
