What To Expect:
The Ritual begins with a guided somatic practice useful for nervous system regulation. We then move into a self-reflection exercise (journal writing or creative drawing). We hold the intention to explore what’s going on within ourselves for healing and potential. There is then an opportunity (optional) to share your self-reflection with the group.
We finish the Ritual by feeling and sense energy in our body through the nourishing practice of Yin Yoga. We soften into where we are right now, inviting ourselves to be just as we are. We practise noticing how energy can gradually shift in stillness and how this may create space for new possibilities and alignment within ourselves.
