Join Chris for this Arm Balance & Inversion workshop as he takes you through the technique and alignment of some of the most common arm balancing postures. This workshop will work on building mobility, strength, stability and, most importantly, confidence. Some of the postures we will be exploring are:
Sirsasana (headstand)
Bakasana (crow pose)
Eka pada koundinyasana I (flying splits)
Parsva bakasana (side crow pose)
Regardless of whether you regularly practice arm balances and want to improve your technique, or you don’t have any experience with them at all, everyone is welcome!
