At Oshun Yoga in Reservoir, we’re offering a special 1-hour Nervous System Reset session on Friday 25 April, where you’ll be guided through a gentle journey of:

🌬️ Conscious Breathwork and Yoga – to help regulate the nervous system and shift out of fight-or-flight

🔔 Sound Healing – using soothing tones and vibrations to calm the mind and body

🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoga Nidra – a guided meditation practice known as “yogic sleep,” which brings you into deep relaxation without needing to move

This combination works to quiet mental chatter, ease tension in the body, and create space for emotional clarity and peace.
