Oshun Yoga Re-Opening Information
What a ride 2020 has been. We were open in Jan, only to close by March and we had a very brief 2 weeks together in June; so as we prepare for our next re-opening on November 9th, 2020- below is everything you need to know. We can’t wait to practise together in person again! See you on the mat!
Booking's will open on Friday the 6th of November
Bookings are essential. Walk in’s without bookings will not be possible at this time.
Hire and use of props will not be available at this time. Please bring your own mat and any other props you like to have e.g. blankets, blocks etc.
Bolsters can be used but will require a full sized towel; they will not be available for use without a towel
Please abide by social distancing guidelines - mats and students must keep 1.5 metres apart which will be clearly marked on the studio floor.
Hand sanitiser will be provided at the studio reception, please use on your arrival and upon leaving. (feel free to bring your own too)
We will have a studio “in and out” policy to allow time for cleaning (with the inclusion of 6.15pm classes running for 50 minutes for now, to allow time for no cross overs)
Studio doors will open 15 mins prior to class start time and once class concludes, please be mindful about leaving soon after
All classes need to be booked at least 2 hours prior (for 6.15am's the night before), and in the case that there aren't enough bookings- the class wont go ahead.
If unwell, please stay at home and practice class through our Online offerings
Cancellations:
To avoid a penalty, cancellations must be made as soon as you know you can't make it and at least 6 hours before class start time.
Cancellations can only be processed via your account, not via call, email or social media. If cancellation is not made in time, you will forfeit the class pass, or as a member a $10 fee will be applied.
If a class is missed, but not cancelled, a fellow student misses a spot. Please only book if you intend to come to class, not for fear of missing a spot
Thank you for working with us during this time, we know that's a lot to take in, and we appreciate all your help and understanding. Working together will help us get back to a more normal timetable and practice sooner.
