Join Amy & Riki for A full cycle Breathwork journey allowing you to go deep within and release what is no longer serving you.

This event will be structured around what is known as rebirthing breathwork. We like to call it “full cycle” as we believe, allowing your body to surrender to the breath and release what is no longer serving you, you have the ability to heal. Allowing you to finish the body’s natural healing cycle.

We will be incorporating sound healing, using the magic of crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, ocean drums & buffalo drums. Sound healing adds a beautiful element to the breathwork journey, the frequency’s are beneficial to the body & the mind.

While this is a mens only event and Riki will be leading, we will have the presence of one feminine to balance the masculine and help us hold a safe space.

This event is for you if

This event is limited to 14 tickets, we have chosen to keep it small so that we can all connect on a more intimate level and support each other through their journey.
