After nearly a year of minimal physical contact with others I'm so excited to offer you the opportunity to gather as a community. An opportunity to connect and create space to fill up your cup.
There has been a lot of heavy energy this year but you don't need to carry that around anymore. Breath work is a powerful and healing modality that can release stress, fatigue, uncertainty and emotions that we don't understand or that are locked in the body.
This immersion is an opportunity to be held, to feel, to release, to shift energy and raise your vibration through breath work.
If you're like me, then you're used to putting everyone else first. Commit to this time for you. Give yourself permission to take time to breathe.
In this 1.5 hour immersion, we will move through:
Pranayama (breath work) to feel a deeper connection to self
Himalayan Kundalini Kriya practices to shift and release stagnant energy
Meditation to connect to a state of conscious
Journaling to let go and call in your higher self
You can't think your way out of emotions, you can only feel them to understand them and move through to the other side where there is clarity awaiting.
