The Awaken experience will allow space and time for you to reach a deeper level of connection, relaxation and release in mind, body and spirit.

Reawaken all your senses through the practice of Yin Yoga, hands on massage, essential oils, crystals, music and ceremonial cacao, all designed to take you into a state of total bliss!

Every participant will get a Chandra pack to take away ( 1 x Essential oil + 1 x Crystal)

Places are limited to ensure more Massage per participant. No yoga experience required.
