We’ll invite story telling through mudras inspired by Indian yoga and dance aesthetics to create a Mudra Flow with our hands to carve out the beauty and mystery of the Blue lotus in a meditative expression. The hands being an extension of the heart this practice has a powerful balancing and emotive effect.

Through gentle and nourishing yoga exploration we’ll open and soften our bodies to land into a deep, luscious receptive space to culminate a grounded and higher connection to self through meditation.
