After many years of serving you as your hairdresser, I am so missing our catchups and connection.
The decision to leave hairdressing for me was very sudden and, I would love to continue to connect with you all in some capacity; and so this is my offering to you at the moment:

The other offering I have for you at the moment:
A few months ago I decided to further my skills and explore something I’m passionate about- and have undertaken a coaching certification with Primal Intelligence. In order to be certified, I need to complete 60 hours of coaching. I'd like to offer myself as a practising coach to do sessions with whoever feels called to respond. I am open to receiving a donation, however it is not a requirement. Reach out if you would like to connect with me!
Recovery and Wellness Coaching is a powerful modality that is not therapy, counselling or treatment. However it can be complementary in supporting anyone seeking greater clarity and wellness in their lives and for individuals suffering from (but not limited to) addiction, compulsive behaviours, trauma, chronic illness, major life changes and relationship challenges.
I personally have gotten so much out of this modality over the past 2.5 years and I am ready to share it with you- hit the link below if you would like to book in a session.
