I would say Oshun yoga has changed my life. All of the instructors bring something special,there is a wonderful sense of community and I'm surprised how yoga has changed my mindset. physically i am an ex bodybuilder and had allot of injuries,unable to continue doing my regular regime I took up a one month trial because I needed to move my body again, and I was down in the dumps. If you said to me 2 years ago I'd be into yoga i would have laughed! My mobility and fitness have improved and I'm connecting to myself on a deeper level.The best thing is i look inward instead of outward in how i feel about myself.
If I could mark 10 stars I would! Do yourself a favour and give it a go!

I've been a part of the Oshun family for 7 or so years, back when Kira and Tayla used to host community classes in South Morang. I had never practived yoga before and my mum convinced me to come along to a free class. Before we knew it, my parents, brother, sister-in-law, aunty and cousin, had all joined the crew.

When they moved into the Reservoir studio my parents and I followed, and Wednesday night Solar Flow has become an integral part of our week. It's really special to me that at 29 years old, my parents and I still share this practice, and have an opportunity to catch up and partake in an activity together.

The studio is beautiful, the teachers are even better, and it's a privilege to be a part of the Oshun family.

Oshun is beautiful space to practice yoga. The instructors are great and you really feel welcome and part of a community. The space itself is so calming. A great variety of classes for all levels. So glad I can call this my regular studio!

Such a special place with amazing teachers. I received a 5 class pass as birthday gift and I have kept going regularly, I leave every practice feeling so much better, both physically and mentally.

I have completed 2 wonderful fire flow classes with Bel and Tayla. Both instructors are very compassionate, attentive and talented and are very engaged in their classes. I am sure this has to be the best yoga studio in Melbourne, because what I did in Bali didn't compare. I will be returning for these classes for sure. This is the spiritual haven of the north without being pretentious or forceful.
I also love Saskia's classes for pilates - it is my favourite pilates class of anything I have tried in Melbourne.
